Epitaxial growth of La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 on glass by laser molecular beam epitaxy

Abstract

La067Sr033MnO3 thin films have been deposited by laser molecular beam epitaxy system on glass substrates. The measurement of X-ray diffraction shows that the La067Sr033MnO3 thin film is a good orientation of c axis，and the magnetoresistance values of -378%, -268% and 607% at 88, 220 and 300 K, respectively, under 3 T magnetic field were observed.
