Abstract
We calculate the conductance and thermopower in saddle quantum point contact under a finite temperature and different magnetic fields. The steplike conductance becomes flatter and the length between the peaks of the thermopower becomes longer with increasing magnetic field. The quantization of the conductance is destroyed and the peak structure of the thermopower disapears when the temperature becomes higher.
