Abstract

A pediatric urologist-andrologist needs to perform a large number of manual procedures. The article describes the simulation module “Paraphimosis”. After an introductory conversation with the child’s parent, a manipulation is performed to realign the head of the penis, and then a medical consultation is carried out, during which the procedure is described and recommendations are given. The proposed simulation modules will help students, residents and doctors act effectively when interacting with a patient diagnosed with paraphimosis and his legal representatives, which will improve the outcomes of this condition.
