Abstract

The article presents a model of training medical workers and employees from among the administrative staff of medical organizations in the skills of providing medical care in emergency and urgent forms, the formation of resource management competencies, effective decision-making in a critical situation, implemented by employees of the Accreditation and Simulation Center of the Amur State Medical Academy. This model makes it possible to optimize the professional development plan for medical workers, identify technical and non-technical problems in the organization of healthcare in the provision of emergency and emergency medical care.
