Abstract
There are many different etiologies of blepharoptosis. Speculum-induced blepharoptosis can occur after intraocular surgery. A series of patients whose speculum-induced blepharoptosis was successfully treated with the recently U.S. Food and Drug Administration–approved drug Upneeq (oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.1% ophthalmic solution, RVL Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) is presented.
