Primary cardiac chondrosarcoma invading the right pulmonary vein is very rare, whereas secondary cardiac chondrosarcoma is relatively common. We reported the 18F-FDG PET/CT findings of primary cardiac chondrosarcoma and pulmonary inflammation misdiagnosed as cardiac malignancy and pulmonary metastasis in a 27-year-old man.
