Follicular dendritic cell sarcoma is a rare low-grade sarcoma originating from mesenchymal dendritic cells. We presented 18F-FDG and 68Ga-FAPI PET/CT findings in a 32-year-old woman with pathologically confirmed nodal-type follicular dendritic cell sarcoma. In this case, follicular dendritic cell sarcoma demonstrated lower uptake with FAPI than FDG.
