Abstract

Rostafuroxin lowers blood pressure in rats and disrupts mutant α-adducin and ouabain–Na,K-ATPase complex interaction with the Src-SH2 domain without affecting the interaction of wild-type α-adducin or Na,K-ATPase in the absence of ouabain.
