Abstract

The article discusses various aspects of the digitalization of law, the limits of digitalization of law when conducting scientific research, and analyzes modern scientific directions of ongoing research in the field of digitalization of law. The author focuses on trends related to the digitalization of law. The article presents the author's position regarding the understanding of the concept of digital personality, discusses existing approaches to the interpretation of digital personality, analyzes the features of digital legal relations, new legal facts as grounds for the emergence, change and termination of legal relations on the Internet. In addition, conclusions are formulated regarding the expansion of the subject composition of legal relations, about the presence of peculiarities in individual objects of legal relations. The author explores issues related to the directions of law’s «response» to the impact of information technology, and identifies features characteristic of the «law of the digital world».
