Abstract

The article deals with modern theoretical and methodological aspects of the physical and technical training of swimmers at the stage of in-depth specialization. The theoretical and methodological approach to the development of the physical and technical potential of young swimmers by means of a conjugated orientation is considered as a promising direction in the system of sports training in terms of increasing their efficiency and success in competitive activities. This approach is based on a complex impact, a differentiated approach, consistency, conjugation of training effects, which have a positive effect on the sensory, cognitive and motor components of the competitive potential of young swimmers. The presented author's technique creates a physical and technical basis for providing not only the external form of a motor action, but also for the internal structure of movements. Sufficiently high degree of potential mobilization of young swimmers is designed to ensure the efficiency and reliability of high-precision coordinated motor act fulfillment in competitive activity.
