Abstract

In the article, based on the analysis of scientific literature and practical aspects of the functioning of railway transport, an algorithm for the digital transformation of supply chains is substantiated. As part of the substantiation of the algorithm, the author's approach to the content of digital transformation was formulated, and the main goal of implementing this process in the conditions of the Belarusian Railway was determined. The algorithm was formed on the basis of the Gartner Stage maturity model with the appropriate adaptation of the maturity stages to the specifics of the functioning of railway transport and the specifics of building supply chains. Unlike the classical version of passing the Gartner Stage stages, the presented algorithm does not imply a unidirectional and sequential passage of all stages, but the passage of the second, third and fourth levels repeated several times, due to the complex nature of the digital technologies used and the impossibility of their stable functioning without interaction with each other.
