Abstract

Knowledge-intensive organizations with advanced technologies and high scientific and technical potential are called upon to play a special strategic role in ensuring a new quality and pace of development of the country's economy. The basis for the development of innovative susceptibility in the science-intensive field is the existing scientific and technical complex, which is a set of organizations that carry out scientific, technical and educational activities, and a technological complex, represented by existing production organizations. The innovative potential of organizations is a decisive factor determining the direction and intensity of development of the innovative component of scientific and technical entrepreneurship. In this regard, the question arises of choosing the most effective tool for diagnosing the level of an organization's innovative potential at a given moment and assessing its dynamics for the purpose of further development, which makes it possible to quickly determine internal capabilities, identify development reserves of the organization in order to increase its investment attractiveness and market value.
