Abstract
We present a genome assembly from an individual female Agonum fuliginosum (ground beetle; Arthropoda; Insecta; Coleoptera; Carabidae). The genome sequence is 695.9 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 19 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 19.27 kilobases in length.
