Abstract
The analysis should include all competitive factors of the micro and macro environment relevant to the enterprise. Differences can be evident when examining the strengths and weaknesses of businesses. The characteristics or factors that give businesses an advantage over their competitors help them understand their advantages over others in the market. The article examines the power factors that depend on the organization for the implementation of enterprise resource planning systems, the characteristics that create a competitive advantage in the market, the characteristics that can be harmful when used by competitors against the firm, factors or weaknesses in the internal environment of the organization.
