Background
Non calcific constrictive pericarditis is not uncommon in clinical practice, but timely and accurate diagnosis is a challenge for clinical doctors.
Case presentation
Both patients presented with difficulty breathing and multiple fluid accumulation throughout the body. After receiving treatment for heart failure and underlying diseases, no significant improvement was observed. After a series of screening, partial pericardial dissection was performed and the final diagnosis was confirmed.
Conclusion
