Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of amphotericin B cholesterol sulfate complex in a patient with myelodysplastic syndrome. The focus of nursing care was to use infrared rays of a specific electromagnetic wave therapy device to treat the patient's phlebitis. After 30 minutes each time, twice a day, the patient's phlebitis was cured after 6 days of continuous use. It ensured the smooth progress of antifungal treatment of the patient.
