Abstract
Abstract
Kawasaki disease leads to coronary artery changes, and the recurrence of Kawasaki disease is uncommon. Herein we describe the case of a boy with a recurrence of Kawasaki disease with polyserositis and pulmonary lesions associated with Shigella bogdii infection. Those complications occurred simultaneously, which is rare. Early diagnosis was made, and systemic immunosuppressive treatment was initiated. The treatment was effective, and he was ultimately cured.
