With the continuous development of intelligent technology, it is an inevitable trend for enterprises to accept and apply technology. But whether the technology adoption model is still effective in the mobile era is worth further study. This paper employs a quantitative meta-analysis of previous research on the technology acceptance model (TAM) use data of 81 article from 2006–2020. Results found that eight potential moderators related to the intrinsic attributes of the technology, the context of the study, and the characteristics of the participants, respectively. Research findings also show that all pairwise relationships of the variables in the focal part of TAM (5 variables and 10 relationships) are significant. Moreover, different moderation effects were found in these significant relationships and managerial implications are proposed.
