Abstract
This study analyzes the factors that affect satisfaction by measuring the degree of satisfaction with online education among undergraduate and graduate students in colleges and universities in Southwest China. Establish a concept matrix through TAM and UTAUT theories. Through the analysis of information quality, system quality, service quality, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, the impact of self-efficacy on perceived usefulness and the impact of system quality on student satisfaction will be improved to improve the quality control and evaluation system for the construction of online open courses in colleges and universities, improve the quality and effectiveness of online education courses in colleges and universities.
