Abstract
Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)is one of the most common cancers and the most common primary liver cancer worldwide. Oxidative stress is believed to be closely related to the development of cancer. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are also reported to play an important regulatory effect in carcinogenesis and malignancy. Therefore, we constructed a prognostic model for oxidative-stress-related lncRNAs to evaluate the prognosis of HCC patients and demonstrated that AC009005.1 is a carcinogenic factor which can promote the development of HCC in vitro experiments.
