Abstract
As part of the production process, a large amount of fine particles is generated in various industries, so it is necessary to find new technologies to improve the separation of solid gases. This study investigated a Circumfluent cyclone model for the efficient separation of fine particles. The influence of the extension of the Vortex Finder or separation column on the particle trajectories was evaluated, 3 Vortex Finder diameters were compared and it was determined for the case study the optimum diameter for particle separation is set at 160 mm.
