This study has investigated the perception and implementation of culturally responsive teaching of an elementary school teacher in the classroom, that how she understands multicultural education and how she implements this understanding in her classroom. The analyses prove that the participating teacher had a limited understanding of culturally responsive teaching, and implemented it in a weak and limited way in her classroom.
