Abstract
Abstract
Traditional electrochemical machining systems rely on sensors and control systems to achieve automated control. However, the process still requires human supervision, and the system cannot adapt to changes based on on-site conditions. This article proposes and designs a digital electrochemical machining system based on CPS theory. The system utilizes a combination of simulation models and control systems to achieve simulation before, adaptive control during machining, and data tracing after machining. Compared to traditional control methods, this system can better control the machining current's stability, improving machining quality and efficiency. Finally, this article conducted relevant experiments, and the experimental results showed that the expected goals were met.
