Abstract

Abstract The input discusses the increasing use of cyber capabilities in regional conflicts and the role of cyber power in various aspects of society. It mentions the International Court of Justice's endorsement of the effective control standard and the genocide standard for assessing the relationship between governments and groups. The input also discusses the ambiguity surrounding the delineation of force in international law and the United Nations Charter's aim to protect future generations from the consequences of armed conflict. It mentions economic coercion as an early form of coercion or intimidation and highlights the recognition of information technology as a potential instrument in armed conflicts. The study aims to determine if electronic attacks can be considered a manifestation of force and if they violate international law.
