Abstract
Abstract
This study briefly reviews the research on novel approaches to HRM. Analysis of 47 articles yields three primary schools of thought when it comes to creative HRM. At its most basic, HRM innovation is just that. How human resource management handles novelty is the subject of other research. Thirdly, the term "innovative HRM" can be found in studies of inventiveness in business. Each of these three methods is discussed, along with their theoretical underpinnings. Implications for future study and practice are discussed at the end of the note.
