Primary Sjögren's syndrome is an autoimmune condition characterized by lymphocytic infiltration of exocrine glands, lung, kidney, skin, gastrointestinal tract, liver, and muscle. Flaccid Quadriparesis due to renal involvement is rarely reported in the medical literature. We herein present a case report of a 42-year-old woman with acute onset motor weakness; sever hypokalemia and Distal Renal Tubular Acidosis. Patient was diagnosed with Primary Sjögren's and managed accordingly.
