Abstract

Abstract

This study focuses on the mental health of junior high school teachers and its influencing mechanism in the post-epidemic era. By integrating job stress, work-life balance and job satisfaction into the theoretical framework of mental health, this study systematically discusses the influencing mechanism of junior high school teachers' mental health. It is found that job stress has a significant impact on teachers' mental health, while job stress does not affect teachers' mental health through work-family balance, and only when job satisfaction moderates work-family balance can the intermediary role of work-family balance be established. This study not only enriches the theoretical system of teachers' mental health, but also provides practical basis for education administrators to improve teachers' mental health in the post-epidemic era.
