Abstract
Abstract
The expanding population in Surabaya, Indonesia, motivates the local water supply entity, Surya Sembada Surabaya's Local Water Supply Utility, to uphold the expected level of service concerning asset management. PDAM already employs a smartphone-based Global Navigation System (GNSS) for recording meter positions and water usage to manage their asset inventory, albeit with suboptimal position accuracy. The utilization of Geodetic GNSS is seen as less effective due to its considerable size and associated high expenses.
