Neural Mobilization (NM)combined with Cervical Traction (CT) has emerged as a noteworthy therapeutic approach for CSR, gaining recognition for its effectiveness. This study endeavors to conduct a comprehensive and systematic review of available randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on NMCT. The objective is to critically assess the efficacy and safety of NM as a treatment modality for CSR.The study will analyze the methodologies, results, and any specific findings from the RCTs, providing a comprehensive assessment of the role of NMCT in managing CSR.
