Abstract
MESTK is a Unique and rare renal neoplasm with malignant transformation potential. MESTK is predominantly identified in female, especially peri-menopausal women or women with a history of prolonged estrogen exposure. Most patients appear asymptomatic initially, while progression of the mass results in urinary symptoms such as hematuria, abdominal pain, recurrent urinary tract infections or renal calculi.Preoperative diagnosis of MESTK is challenging due to the lack of characterization of its clinical presentation. Most of the cases reported so far have presented as benign, with no recurrence or metastasis, so complete surgical removal of the tumor is vital. In this case, we have presented a female patient of MESTK treated with Robotic-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) to provide clinical evidence of diagnosis and treatment for MESTK.
