Abstract

Background Organizational pride and job satisfaction are pivotal in molding nurses' professional journeys within their workplace. When nurses harbor pride in their organization, it frequently translates into elevated levels of job satisfaction. Aim The present study aimed to assess the relationship between organizational pride and job satisfaction among staff nurses.
