Abstract

Abstract In order to assess the impact of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Base on the surrounding environment during its operation, the radioactive level of the surrounding environmental media was monitored and investigated according to the monitoring standard (HJ 61-2021). The monitoring results show that during the operation of Daya Bay Nuclear Power Base, the radioactivity level of the surrounding environmental media is at the natural background level. The nuclear power base did not cause radioactive pollution to the surrounding environment. The research results provide technical support for nuclear emergency response and data basis for evaluating the impact of Fukushima radioactive waste water.
