Abstract
AbstractFor the first time, we evaluated partial and total, double differential ionization cross-sections (DDCS) of CF3Cl molecule by electron impact using a modified Jain-Khare semi-empirical approach. We have evaluated double differential ionization cross-section as a function of energy loss of primary electron /or secondary electron energy at fixed incident angles (300and 600) and at fixed incident electron energies i.e. 100, 200 and 500 eV. Angular variation of DDCS at fixed incident electron energies and fixed secondary electron energies have also been evaluated. No other data for double differential ionization cross-sections are available for comparison.
