Abstract
Endometrial cancer is a frequent female cancer characterized by four molecular subtypes including the microsatellite instable-high (MSI-H) subgroup where use of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) showed encouraging activity in the metastatic setting. Nonetheless, adverse events during this particular treatment are still new in endometrial cancer and lack of data on ICIs long-term use are currently available. Herein, we report a rare case of MSI-H metastatic endometrial cancer which has developed a bacterial pneumonia that could mimic an immune-related adverse events during a long-term response with dostarlimab.
