Abstract
A rare case of extraintestinal infection with pinworm (Enterobius vermicularis) in the oral cavity is presented. A 19-year-old girl presented with complaints of oral sore describing as zig-zag rough lesion over the buccal mucosa for 2 months. Parasitic infestation in the oral cavity was suspected. The case presentation and management of the case are discussed here. To date, no such case has been reported.
