Abstract

Abstract Copyright protection is one of the most important aspects of every organization. The traditional copyright protection mechanisms are posed to several challenges, including permitting data loss and simple access, which leads to security issues. On the other hand, blockchain technology has increased IoT security and changed many areas, including copyright protection, by increasing the income of copyright holders. Keeping the important and significant role of blockchain technology in different fields of life in consideration, this paper tries to integrate this secure technology with decision support systems (DSS) and presents a blockchain-based intelligent decision support system (IDSS) system to secure online literary copyright. This study initially discusses the significance of IDSS in the copyright protection of online literature by providing a full definition of blockchain technology, including its types, properties, and algorithms. After that, we discuss the integration of IDSS with blockchain technology to protect online literary copyright. The proposed system facilitates professional copyright validation, infringement monitoring, unbiased digital information, and efficiency in legal review. Finally, we developed a blockchain-based literary protection platform model based on the proposed system to protect online literature copyright. The experimental results illustrate that the proposed method reduces the loss and increases accuracy. The experimental results reveal that mobile terminal loss decreased by 11.3% between 2018 and 2020, while PC terminal online literary piracy decreased by 1.7%.
