Abstract

Abstract In speech conversation systems, the specific distribution of computing resources is very complex, and resource requirements exhibit dynamic changes. If the evaluation of customer needs is too low, computing resources cannot complete the work proposed by the customer; If customer demand is overestimated, many computing resources are wasted and idle, and a reasonable environmental resource allocation algorithm is the top priority in solving the problem. As mankind enters the information modernization society, multimedia technology and Internet technology are increasingly being widely used in various fields of society, including online teaching. In lifelong learning systems, online English teaching is now an essential learning method. However, online learning has been widely used in the world. When engaging in online learning activities, it is found that there are insufficient systematic research and low participation in learning. People can access a large number of very rich learning resources on the Internet. In the online learning process, learners can fully exert their autonomy and initiative to cultivate and expand their own innovation and practical abilities. When participating in the learning process of online courses, learners can not only develop themselves, but also strengthen effective coordination and communication with others and society, enabling them to coordinate the development of all aspects of their own abilities, improving learning effectiveness and efficiency. This article aims to promote the better development of online English teaching through the research on environmental resource allocation based on voice dialogue systems and its application to online English teaching.
