Abstract
Currently, China is facing the challenge of an aging population, and chronic diseases have a serious negative impact on the physical health of the elderly, leading to enormous difficulties in seeking medical treatment, which has become a major challenge in an aging society. In addition, China currently lacks specialized elderly care and rehabilitation service platforms targeting the elderly population, which cannot meet the growing personalized needs of elderly patients. Therefore, we utilized advanced IoT technology based on object recognition algorithms to construct a network model of object recognition algorithms, conducted experimental testing, and ultimately designed an intelligent elderly care and rehabilitation service management system. The system has multiple functions such as health detection and emergency calls, and its feasibility has been verified through network testing. After testing, this system can effectively monitor falls in the elderly in a timely manner, as well as record and analyze changes in the elderly's physical condition in real-time. A new model and solution for providing intelligent elderly care and rehabilitation services for the elderly not only improves the content of intelligent home care and rehabilitation services, but also improves the drawbacks of traditional elderly care services, reduces the pressure on caregivers, improves monitoring accuracy, and improves service quality.
