Abstract
This paper investigates the phenomenon of X-ray radiation transfer from the direction of transmission to the reflection direction in Laue geometry from the atomic planes of a single crystal of ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (ADP) under the influence of a temperature gradient. The experiment results demonstrated that as the temperature gradient increases, the reflection intensity increases uniformly by more than 11 times. This phenomenon has been described using an asymptotic solution based on the dynamical X-ray diffraction in crystals with weak deformation. At low-temperature gradients, theoretical and experimental results were in good agreement.
