Abstract
Chest wall soft tissue sarcomas are rare, with MFH being the common pathological type. Surgery is the main therapy, but the postoperative local recurrence rate is high. This case reports an elderly male patient who was diagnosed with recurrent chest wall MFH. After treatment with cryo-radiofrequency, the patient achieved long-term survival. From this case, for recurrent chest wall MFH, surgery is the main method, but multidisciplinary treatments such as cryoablation may have better benefits. It has a positive effect on the long-term survival of patients with chest wall-derived MFH, and provides a therapeutic reference for the treatment of recurrent MFH.
