Abstract
As healthcare demands technical skills like data analysis and project management, there is a widening talent gap in the medical field. To bridge this gap, this paper uses natural language processing to analyze healthcare job listings, revealing specific skills and management capabilities in high demand.The study applied natural language processing techniques to analyze 42,032 healthcare job listings caught by web crawler technology, extracting and analyzing data on required skills, qualifications, and roles within the sector.The analysis found a need for tech skills like data analysis and AI in healthcare, alongside management expertise. The sector values innovation, research, and data privacy, crucial for strategic talent development and policy-making to enhance service quality and industry growth.The study shows healthcare's growing demand for tech and management skills, promising better patient care and efficiency. Responsible innovation, compliance, and data privacy are key. These insights help stakeholders bridge talent gaps and meet evolving healthcare needs.
