Abstract
China's first-tier cities absorb a large number of youth groups to work and live in Zhengzhou every year. While economic development brings demographic dividends, housing tensions become more and more prominent. For youth groups with strong quality levels, their ideological fields are no longer restricted to renting, but pay more attention to quality of life. A standardized, youthful, standardized, well-served and interactive youth-sharing community meets the target market, using the Kano model and the Better-WOrse coefficient to analyze the rental needs and real tenancy intentions of youth groups, and to discover the improvement direction of youth-sharing community design. The design and construction of the shared community are presented in four aspects: internal shared space structure, architectural exterior landscape design, intelligent community and virtual community. Based on the research results, it provides a certain range of reference for the design strategy of youth sharing community, which can help enhance user experience, user satisfaction, and promote optimization and innovation of youth sharing community design.
