Long-term networks suffer from higher performance degradation and larger delays, making 5G wireless communications networks the best option for broadcasting and dealing with emergency situations. Obstructions and misalignment issues in the 5G millimetre wave spectrum can cause the link to be severed and the network to be severely impacted.. An intelligent Transport Control Protocol (iTCP) for a disaster 5G millimetre wave system is proposed in this study.iTCP learns about a node's movement and transmission power, and adjusts the congestion control window based on this information. In terms of network security and performance, iTCP outperforms TCP NewReno, Vegas, Westwood, Cubic, and Compound.
