New approaches in ambulatory proctology

Abstract

Ambulatory proctology is till now very underestimated discipline, which is out of interest of big surgeons. But is a very important field due to incidence of proctological affections and severe social consequences of their inappropriate diagnosis and treatment. We stress the conservative and semiinvasive treatment of hemorrhoids, anal thrombosis and anal fissures. We also mention the other anal pathologies.
