Abstract
In this paper, we consider a class of nonsmooth minimax programming problems
in which functions are locally Lipschitz. Sucient optimality conditions are
discussed under locally Lipschitz generalized (?,?)-invex functions.
Moreover, usual duality results are proved under the said assumptions.
