Abstract
With this study, it was aimed to determine the mediating role of self-efficacy in the relationship between belief in a just world and life satisfaction, in particular for health management candidates. The population of the research consists of Health Management students of a university with 323 registered students. As a result of the formula used to determine the sample, it was determined that the questionnaire to be made with 179 students was sufficient at the 95% confidence interval; 242 students were reached and the data obtained through the online questionnaire were analyzed through SPSS 22 and AMOS 23 programs. As a result of the research, it was determined that there is a positive and significant relationship between belief in a just world and self-efficacy and life satisfaction. However, it has been determined that self-efficacy has a partial mediating role in the relationship between belief in a just world and life satisfaction. In parallel with the results of the analysis, the situation was determined and suggestions were made to the health administrator candidates.
