Abstract
In this research, by using the house of quality, tool of quality function deployment, reward system proposal suggested by defining the employees as an internal customers and determining their expectation from the company as a reward. To determine the awards in the research, a project type organization created for the energy licensing project in public sector was selected. 50 people participated among the employees of the project. Employees' needs and expectations were determined by using different techniques (focus group interviews, questionnaires, interviews, etc.) with employees working at different levels. The current reward system has been analyzed and suggestions prepared to redesign the reward system. According to the research findings, employees expect awards such as overseas assignments, appreciation, bonus, education abroad, health insurance, language training.
