Abstract

Safe in-hospital environment is a number one priority for any medical organization, with patients’ safety being the key indicator of satisfactory medical care provided. Nursing staff engagement into hospital safety strategy is critical in order for the strategy to function as needed with the best possible patient’s safety outcomes.
