Abstract
Work support system of the oncological service (WSSO) is an essential element of the modern healthcare system.Regional information system ONCOR serves as WSSO in Sverdlovsk region. The pilot exploitation of ONCOR was successfully held in 6 medical organizations (MO) in 2016. Industrial operation of the system has begun since 2017 when the Healthcare Ministry order was signed. WSSO provides reliable statistic and analytic data only in case when the system is actively used by all MO involved in medical care for oncological patients. 633 healthcare providers from 111 MO of different forms of ownership made use of ONCOR in 2020. The control of fullness and credibility of entered data and regular monitoring of system use quality let to rank MO and to take appropriate steps. The districts with the worst performance indicator of ONCOR use at the same time have the worst indicators of executing the oncological routing order with the respect to the terms and scope of examination, and the worst indicators in early diagnosis of malignant tumors of visual localizations. All that effects bad on oncologic mortality rate in the region.
