Abstract
We have developed a technique for joint staining of brain 10 nm criosections for doublecortin immunohistochemistry and telomere DNA fluorescent in situ hybridization. The successful application of the technique is shown, a timetable procedure is developed and all the reagents necessary for its implementation are written out, as well as the necessary temperature conditions are indicated.
